Your data is stored on servers located in Malaysia and Singapore. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest). We conduct regular security audits and maintain strict access controls.

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and 30 days after deletion. You may request earlier deletion.
