1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpeakToMyAI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

SpeakToMyAI provides an AI-powered customer communication platform including voice AI, chat, WhatsApp integration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, ensuring your use complies with applicable Malaysian law, and keeping your contact and billing information current.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SpeakToMyAI to violate any law or regulation, send spam or unsolicited communications, impersonate any person or entity, transmit harmful or malicious content, or interfere with the platform's operation.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using SpeakToMyAI, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpeakToMyAI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
